Challenge: It’s 6-7X more expensive to attract new customers, rather than focusing on those you’ve already got in the door. And when you offer FREE Wi-Fi to your guests, there’s no reason to let them slip out the door unnoticed or unloved. For Pedal Haus Brewery in Tempe, AZ a loyalty program with automated emails was the key to keeping in touch AND top of mind.
Solution: Bright Brothers performed functional requirements with the client to determine the best tools and technologies for the job and tapped a world-class, automated and ROI-maximizing CRM and marketing solution. We installed a router intercept that invited guests to sign-up for the client’s list, when logging into the free Wi-Fi. We set up a customer experience survey and an initial series of five emails, based on customer use scenarios, to drive guests back to the brewery, as well as reward our most loyal fans.
Results: Within the first two weeks up launching the program, the system began collecting an average of 25 emails per day. The online customer feedback survey was used to divert negative reviews from ratings and review sites. From the automated marketing messages sent to customers, we know that 145 customers came in after receiving an automated email. Assuming an average ticket of $15, that ROI translates to $2,175. At $20/ticket, that would mean $2,900 in incremental revenue recovered for the client. Cha-ching!
