Client: Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport Hotel
Challenge: Recreating the newly-renovated 3-D offline environment in the 2-D online experience can be a challenge; especially for a travelers hotel with eye-catchingly intricate design aspects such as textured wallpapers, funky light fixtures and all of the little details that go into creating a boutique feel for guests.
Solution: Leveraging the visual appeal of the Instagram platform, Bright Brothers launched two campaigns to showcase the Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport Hotel’s fabulous appointments. Heavy use of hashtags smartly woven into the content and context of our posts feature a series on the property’s amazing lighting and “wow-factor” wallpapers and reclaimed wood interiors & exteriors of this hospitable airport hotel.
Results: Filling the hotel’s Instagram feed with dazzling imagery of the property has resulted in double the number of followers on the hotel’s Instagram profile, and nearly a 5x increase in engagement on the light fixture and wallpaper posts.
